Artistic Freedom Commissions

Terms of Service

Payment & NSFW

Payment may be paid up front, in full (preferred)
If payment plan is NEEDED:
50% of commission must be paid up front.
Once sketch is approved, there will be no refunds on the 50% deposit.
Final payment must be made before the final, full resolution, product is sent.
NSFW Pieces:
NSFW pieces require proof of age!
Valid forms of ID include: Drivers license, passport, etc.
Info required: date of birth & photo. These must be included next to a handwritten capture of today's date. All other identifying information should be blacked out for privacy.
NSFW commission add-on is for all commissions with the exception of Telegram Stickers.

Process and WIPs

The client and I will work on sketches together until the sketch is approved.
WIPs are allowed to be requested; however, they will be provided as a screenshot and will have a watermark.
Once a sketch has been approved, any major changes or corrections - with the exception of markings - will result in a $30 fee per major change.

If you do not know what you're looking for, you are free to request an "Artistic Freedom" Commission.
An "Artistic Freedom" Commission grants me - the artist - full juridiction on the artwork created. This includes, but is not limited to: pose, shading, extra elements, etc.
No changes can be made to "Artistic Freedom" pieces with the exception of correction character features/details such as markings.

MISC Info

Any extras that I, the artist, opt to include after a commission has been accepted will not be added on as "extra" charges.
Shading is always included unless purchasing Telegram Stickers. Flat Color is by request only.
BGs: Some cases I will use free images that are typically used for wallpapers for backgrounds. This is typically used for Reference Sheets. All images used are creative commons licensed.
Complex: Complex designs are determined upfront upon initial review of the character. If a character is determined to have a complex design then the character will have a "Complex Design" add-on to the price point.
Pet/Prop: This includes small pets, pokemon, props (i.e. guitars, chairs, large plush).
For Dakimakuras, I only provide the art. Printing physical pillow cases is up to Client, not provided in commission.

Ref sheets:
Level 1: $100: 1 Full body, 1 headshot, 1 torso back shot, 1 chibi (with or without outfit), and a few extras.
Level 2: $150: 2 full bodies (front and back), 1 headshot, 2 chibis (with or without clothes, and a few extras.
Level 3: $200: 3 full bodies (front, side, back), 2 headshots, 2 chibis (with or without clothes), few extras.
Level 4: $250: 3 full bodies (front, side, back), 3 expressive headshots, favorite items section, 3 chibis (with or without clothes), summary section of character (if desired).
All Reference Sheetes come with a thematic designed backgrounds based on the character.
If wanting NSFW on ref, I will add parts separately on a layer that can be hidden. You will receive 2 files; One Sfw and one Nsfw. There is a $30 fee for this upgrade.
